Netsurit Honored as World Partner of the Year for Competing to Win: Linux/LAMP at 2007 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Program Awards
South Africa — 16 July 2007. Today, Netsurit proudly announced it has won Microsoft’s World Partner of the Year Award for Competing to Win: Linux/LAMP at the 2007 Worldwide Partner Program Awards. The company was chosen out of an international field of top Microsoft Partners delivering market-leading customer solutions built on Microsoft technology. The awards were distributed at the awards ceremony on July 11 in Denver, CO at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference.

Awards were presented in a number of categories, with winners chosen from a pool of more than 1,800 entrants worldwide. Netsurit was recognized for superior technology and innovation in competing to Win: Linux/LAMP.
The Competing to Win Partner of the Year: Linux/LAMP award recognizes partners who have won customers on the Windows Server or desktop platform where Linux/LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/PERL/Python and similar Open Source web platform stack) alternatives were a consideration or a prior deployment. |

Solution categories include: HPC, File & Print, Networking, Web server, messaging/e-mail solutions, Business Apps and others. The winning partner’s solution may have helped its customer better manage their business, reduce TCO, increase productivity, while securing an important market on the Microsoft platform.
