Netsurit Strategic Business Analysis is essentially a consulting service which focuses on aligning our client’s IT systems and infrastructure with their business objectives.
Typically the consulting process involves two separate stages:
1. Information gathering
A Netsurit Business Analyst will meet with key decision makers to get a better understanding of our client’s industry and core business strategy. They will also explore some of our client’s issues and pains points, areas of risk exposure, and business opportunities where technology can become an enabler.
The consultant will then perform external research on industry specific systems and solutions, new technology and anything else that interests our client. Netsurit will also bring in an industry specialist technology partner to assist us if there is a requirement that we feel warrants this approach.
We also typically perform a technology infrastructure optimization exercise where our client’s current infrastructure and systems are benchmarked against industry best practice and standards.
2. Recommendations
The outcome of the consulting process is a technology road map with a number of short, medium and long term recommendations. The road map is typically presented to the IT steering committee, EXCO or other appropriate management forum.
We consider our strategic intervention to be successful if we:
· Save you money
· Make you more efficient
· Reduce your IT related business risk or
· All of the above
Contact us for a free BA consultation. Within an hour we should be able to identify opportunities to achieve these objectives. If we can’t then we will advise you not to make use of our consulting services - we are obsessed with adding value.
