Methodology
This training portfolio is based on the traditional instructor-led training methodology, although we encourage short intense courses as apposed to the regular ‘eight-to-four’ training day. Courses are either derived from standard content based on our tried and tested experience or they are fully customisable, either by the client or in consultation with our training team.
We are able to provide training onsite at your premises or in our purpose-built training centre. Our classes are not lecture based, but practical and outcomes based, where a maximum of 10 delegates in any class enables individual attention.
Training Needs Analyses and Learning Styles Assessments help establish the right event for the learner and provision of post-course support ensures newly acquired skills are applied effectively on an on-going basis.
