Winter storm Juno is getting ready to bring a potentially historic snow storm to New York City. Here is how Marathon is planning for the arrival of tonight’s blizzard.
Today (1/26): As both city and state governments are recommending workers who can work remotely during the storm to do so, we’ve seen an increase in ticket volume as many clients are updating and confirming remote access information for their staff. Depending on the severity of this afternoon’s weather, we may also close our office early to give our team extra time for their commute.
Tuesday (1/27): Due to the expected intensity of the storm, onsite visits for Tuesday will be rescheduled to ensure the safety of our engineers. You can expect our support team to be available during normal business hours and providing full remote support (phone, email and remote access) throughout the day.
Wednesday (1/28): Onsite visits will be handled on a case by case basis. You can expect full remote support during normal business hours.
As always, our support team will still be on call for emergencies but responses could be delayed by the weather. In the event of an emergency, please send an email to support or call 718-290-9144.
When you call, you will be asked a few questions to help our engineer support you more efficiently. Once they receive this information they will return your call as soon as they can.
We hope you stay safe and warm over the next few days!
